Praise & Blame

Praise and Blame was a unique production, because it involved working in both New York State and Pennsylvania on both sides of the Delaware River.  Locations included a farm house in New York State, a theater, and an interrogation scene, bathrooms, and other miscellaneous locations.  The production had arranged for the farm house in New York State and had planned to stay at that location during filming.  The Film Commission located an empty 25,000 SF building located at an Earth Station in Pennsylvania for the interrogation scenes and bathrooms.  For the theater location, the Tusten Theater located in Narrowsburg, New York was used.  The star of the film was Costas Mandylor (Saw V & VI).  The commission also provided references to local food service providers, hotels, and rental services.  During the filming at the Farm House, the production lost power and heat.  The Film Commission provided emergency housing for actors and crew and provided supplementary craft services, so the production could finish principal photography.  The office also provided a space for the camera team to download and transfer footage and access internet services.
